How to Join?

Getting your holiday reward is easy! Just follow these steps:

Step 1:  Register at https://bit.ly/DellHolidayPromo.

Step 2: Fill out the information required, including name, address, mobile number, and email address.

Step 3:  Upload a copy of a government-issued identification card.

Step 4: Upload a copy of the official receipt or sales invoice reflecting the model and serial number of the product purchased.

Step 5: An authorization letter will be required if the receipt is registered under a different name or company.

Steps to Validate and Receive Your Reward

To ensure the validity of a claim, the customer must:

A. Upload a copy of the claimant's company ID.

B. Upload a copy of the authorizer company ID and government ID.

C. Customers who submit their information on the promo site will receive an auto-generated reply, and the submission will be routed for verification and approval.

D. Verification may take five (5) to seven (7) business days.

E. Only complete submissions will be processed. Claimants will be notified of missing

requirements so they can resubmit and reupload the application.

F. The verification timeline will only apply once the submitted requirements are complete.

G. Once claims are validated, the customer will receive a 10-digit Pluxee Gift code and barcode on their registered email from Pluxee.

Terms You Need to Know

1. Pluxee Gift codes are for one-time use only.

•  Pluxee Gift codes are valid for in-store purchases only.

2. Pluxee Gift credits can be used multiple times, depending on the customer's balance.

• Pluxee Gift credits are valid for online and in-store purchases.

3. The customer will pay for any amount beyond the value of the Pluxee Gift code or credit.

4. No change will be issued for using the Pluxee Gift code.

5. You may check if your Pluxee Gift code has been converted into Pluxee Gift credits on the 'Home' tab of the Pluxee app.

6. Customers can claim the reward sixty (60) days after the end of the promo period.

7. Unclaimed rewards after the 60-day promo claim period will be forfeited.

8. Maximum time to receive a reward upon Verification may take up to twenty (20) days.

9. Reward items are not convertible to cash.

10. Rewards are only applicable to participating products purchased at official participating stores.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of Dell Technologies Philippines and its facilitating agency, with the concurrence of DTI, will prevail.
