Sales Supervisor

Position: Sales Supervisor

Responbilities:

• Hit personal sales and service target/quota
• Manage overall branch day to day activities in the absence of Branch Manager
• Support Branch Sales and Service Target/Quota
• Monitor sales, stocks, records, and staff performance
• Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and assist with concerns
• Supervise, motivate and train immediate subordinate

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• With at least 2 years work experience in supervisory role
• Willing to work onsite (Monday - Saturday) and assigned to any branch

Skills:

• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Can work under pressure and prioritize tasks on hand
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Teamplayer
• Train and develop immediate subordinate
